Working-time registration becomes mandatory
From 1 January 2027, every employer in Belgium, private and public, must record each employee's daily working time. Following European case law, the recording system must be objective, reliable and accessible. Time-Check is built to meet that standard.
Objective
Punches are stored in an append-only record. Originals are never modified: every correction is a separate, visible entry.
Reliable
Approved weeks are locked. Anomalies (like an open shift) block approval until they are resolved.
Accessible
Every employee can consult their own recorded time at any moment, in their own language, on any device.
